Emergency Support — After Hours

If you're a managed client experiencing a critical outage or security incident outside of business hours:

  1. Call our support line — critical calls are escalated
  2. Leave a detailed voicemail describing the issue and severity
  3. Send an email with "URGENT" in the subject line

Emergency support is available for clients on managed service agreements. Response times may vary outside business hours.
